The hotel's location in the center of Chweir was perfect. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Excellent open buffet breakfast. Helpful recommendations.
Cannot find any fault.

We appreciated staff and location here. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was generous. Late check out. All in all our stay was lovely, no reason to complain

Very very friendly staff and very polite.
Nothing worked in the room, one AC was not working for 5 days, so as the second TV. Wifi was free but didn't cover our room and kept discounnecting. The Jakoozi and the main bathroom shower didn't work as well. They could've done much better if they spent some effort on getting things working. I staid in the exectuive suite 2Br+Hall and it was big but the value I got for money was less than expectations. The staff, although friendly, didn't try to fix anything seriously.

The breakfast was impressive with a variety of options and fresh fruits to choose from. the location was indeed strategic, just a few minutes walk from the city center and close to public transportation. the rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and had comfortable beds.
The noise from the busy road kept us awake at night. the carpet and bathroom were not well cleaned.

The one to one hotel is a bit out of the way but the place is just outstanding. :) We have stayed in many hotels around the world and this one was just great. The value for money you just can not beat!! Will go back there again and again.

We loved the hotel's central location on the main square of this city. This made it really easy for us to access transportation, as well as other facilities like parking and the church in the region. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the breakfast provided was varied and delicious. Finally, the staff were incredibly friendly and offered us helpful recommendations for restaurants and other activities.
Nothing negative to say.

The view from my room was amazing! The hotel itself was nice and cozy and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The area was calm. Perfect for relaxation. and there was free internet at the hotel, contrary to the info I read.
It was a bit far from Beirut, almost an hour drive, and the aren't many things to do in Dhour Choueir except for walks and relaxation. The food was good, but not a huge variety for the breakfast buffet, only the basics.

Dhour El Chweir is a very pretty and nice place. The One To One Hotel gives excellent service and is really a high class 4 star hotel. Staff is very friendly, a refund was no problem when we unexpactedly had to cancel the last day of our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was a truly luxurious experience. The location of this place is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the main square. I was able to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the surrounding area, with everything right at my doorstep.
The only downside to this place is the view from the balcony on the higher floors. While it is nice, it could have been better.

The location is great and the staff were really welcoming.
The breakfast was really bad, the electricity did cut off once when we where there, I don't think this hotel should be classified as 4 points but I am sure if they try a little more it could be one of the most popular and great hotels in lebanon specially the mountain side.

The breakfast was quite good and plentiful, and the rooms were spacious. The view from the balcony was lovely, giving us a chance to take in the scenery as we sipped our coffee. It was great to be so close to the village center, making it easy to explore and enjoy the Easter festivities.
The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas left much to be desired. The floors were dirty, carpets had stains, and the furniture looked worn out.

Clean, big room
Very far from Beirut so the price is quiet high for its location

Being located at1250 meters above sea level and around 30 km from Beirut makes stay very pleasant; particulaily for couples. This makes the area free of polution caused by traffic. Town is quiet and clean, people are nice and walking during spare time is lovely. Due to unavailiblity of Deluxe room I booked, I was given an upgrade to junior suite with no extra charge. Suite is spacious and luxurious, which encouraged me to extend my stay two additional nights.
Doors overlooking balconies are not tight enough, which makes sleeping at night a bit difficult due to noise of cars; however, I managed to overcome this proplem by buying and using ear plugs sold in the nearby pharmacy.
